Team managers are the key contact point between a team and the Abbotsford Juniors Football Club. Good team managers are the hub around which successful football teams operate and ensure that the team is organised and ready to play. No special skills are needed, just a passion for football and an ability to work with the coach in coordinating players and parents throughout the season.
Abbotsford Juniors Football Club (AJFC) is dependent on our volunteer coaches and team managers to support our football teams and players like all community football clubs. These volunteers are ordinary people drawn from our community; our parents, relatives, carers and even our players. Any member of our community, male or female, regardless of prior football experience is encouraged to participate in what can be a very rewarding role as a team manager.
