What a year we have coming up in 2025 as Abbotsford Juniors Football Club marks 60 years of football as it celebrates the 60th Anniversary of the Club’s foundation. It celebrates 1965, the year when a group of like-minded, passionate men and women met for the first time to form a local community club for kids from the Abbotsford area to play football.

Things have changed a lot over the last 60 years of football. The expansion of teams and players including the introduction of female football, the addition of new fields and amenities buildings along with night time football. While things have changed and AJFC has grown, the focus of the Club on community, kids and junior football has not, and the 2025 Winter Season sees the Club continue its service to the City of Canada Bay community and its members, with this at its heart.

The Club has a range of events planned throughout the upcoming 2025 Winter Football season that will see the AJFC community celebrate this milestone so stay tuned for more announcements and opportunities for celebration coming very soon.
